Reminter Labs

Laboratorios Reminter asked for a complete brand overhaul. From logo to packaging. I was briefed for a minimalistic approach to the brand segmenting each medication with its own color for its easy distinction. People who are prescripted with a Reminter product usually go to the pharmacy and ask for the “Blue one” or the “black one”. Rarely clients call the medication by its name so it was very important to use a contrasting color palette.

Branding

CONCEPT

With the symmetric advantage of having two “R” I took both R and put them back to back flipping one to make the Isotype resemble a simple pill.

ISOTYPE

Easy enough. The fact that Reminter both begins and ends with the letter R facilitates us to have the convenience of symmetry in both the logo and Isotype.

LOGO

I made an effort I am mentioning a minimalistic logo at the same time maintaining graphic coherence all through the branding. As if telling a story.

PALETTE

The client expressed the importance of contrasting colors. Reminter’s clients never ask for the product’s name, they always refer to the product by the color of the packaging. So it’s very important to be very distinctive and memorable.

LABLE DESIGN

Six products, six distinct colors. Some medications may vary in format of intake. Some are solid pillars, some are rounded, some are gelling, and some may be liquid. I made a system, adding a basic design structure and laying them out for each product.
